Terms of service

These terms cover using Hyklates (run by Hykvra (Hykvra Solutions LLP)), downloading templates, buying a licence, and buying a setup package.

Templates

Templates are free to download and use under the template licence. They come as they are: we test them, but we don't promise they suit every purpose.

Setup packages

• Prices are fixed and shown before you pay: Starter ₹4,999, Business ₹9,999, Store / Booking ₹19,999. Each includes a domain and the first year of hosting.
• You pay online in full before we start. Work starts once you've shared your content in your portal.
• You own your content and your domain. We host the site for the first year; after that, maintenance is optional (see below).
• You're responsible for what you ask us to publish, including having the right to use your logo, photos and text.

Maintenance

After the first year, maintenance is ₹2,999 a year. It covers hosting, domain renewal and 2 small changes a month; larger changes are quoted separately. If you don't renew, we'll hand over your site files and domain.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Hykvra is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Refunds are explained in the refund policy.

Liability

We're responsible for doing the work we've agreed to do with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the item concerned.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please email support@hykvra.com first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
