Privacy policy

Hyklates is run by Hykvra (Hykvra Solutions LLP). This page explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• When you download a template: which template, when, the site that linked you here, and a scrambled version of your IP address that changes every day. We never store your actual IP address.
• When you leave your email for the setup guide or template updates: your email address and which templates you downloaded.
• When you send a setup enquiry: your name, email, mobile number, business name and message.
• When you pay: your email, what you bought and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us.
• When you become a client: the logo, photos, text and other content you share for your website, and your change requests.

Why we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: downloads, licence files, receipts, your website.
• To reply to your enquiry and keep you updated on your order.
• To send the short email series and template-update emails you signed up for. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To count downloads and previews per template, so we know what to make next.

Who else handles it

We use a few services to run Hyklates. Each only gets what it needs:

• Supabase: our database and file storage.
• Razorpay: payments.
• Resend: sending email.
• Railway: hosting the website.
• Cloudflare: delivering the website quickly and securely.
• Sentry: reporting errors, so we can fix them.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie when you log in, and a cookie for 30 days if you arrive through a template's “Template by Hyklates” link, so we can tell where visitors came from. That's all.

How long we keep it

• Email delivery records: 180 days.
• Payment records: as long as the law requires for accounts.
• Client content: for as long as we host your website, then deleted on request.
• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at its bottom. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@hykvra.com. We reply within 7 days.
