Refund policy
Setup packages
- Full refund before work starts. If we haven't started building your website, you get all of your money back. Your order shows “Paid” in your portal until we start.
- No refund once work has started. Your order moves to “In progress” and you're emailed when we start.
Remove-the-credit licence (₹999)
- Full refund within 7 days if you haven't downloaded the files. We can see whether your download link has been used.
- No refund once the credit-free files have been downloaded, because they can't be returned.
Maintenance (₹2,999 a year)
- Full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven't used any change requests in that time.
- After that, or once a change request has been made, the year's maintenance isn't refundable.
How to ask
Email support@hykvra.com with your receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
